Alper is a seasoned corporate and financial law advisor with more than two decades of experience across capital markets, regulated financial services and emerging technologies. His practice spans securities and investment regulation, mergers and acquisitions, derivatives, structured finance, and anti money laundering compliance. He also advises on IPOs, private equity transactions, and corporate restructurings. In recent years, Alper has expanded his focus to blockchain, crypto asset regulation, and fintech, providing legal and regulatory support to banks, investment firms, startups, venture capital funds, asset managers, payment and e-money institutions, and cryptocurrency exchanges.
