About Ambassador

Andreas Xenofontos is a Cyprus-qualified advocate focused on international dispute resolution, cross-border corporate work and the legal frameworks that shape energy markets and digital innovation. His background sits at the intersection of arbitration, investment disputes, and the regulatory architecture of the oil, gas and new energy sectors.

He advises on complex commercial and corporate matters, private equity transactions, cross-jurisdictional restructurings and regulatory issues touching energy, infrastructure and digital business models. His experience includes work at leading professional services firms and an in-house counsel role at a major European real estate and investment group.

Andreas teaches on LL.M. programmes at UCLan Cyprus and contributes to strategy and policy projects through his work with Strategy International Think Tank. He has written on EU energy regulation and participates in international initiatives focused on investment arbitration and modern energy governance.
