About Ambassador

Andrii Chornous is a New York-based triple-qualified attorney admitted to the Bar in the United States, England and Wales and Ukraine. His work focuses on the legal and strategic needs of investment funds, high-growth technology and AI startups, as well as Web3 and fintech companies. His practice sits at the intersection of emerging technology, financial regulation and cross-border corporate strategy with a clear focus on helping founders and investors build scalable international structures and navigate high-stakes regulatory exposure.

His work combines regulatory depth with hands-on experience guiding early and late-stage companies through product expansion, corporate architecture, risk management and complex commercial negotiations across the U.S., UK and global markets.

Andrii acts as lead counsel on multi-jurisdictional growth, Web3 regulatory compliance, digital asset and token matters, venture financing, and dispute resolution. He has represented clients in high-value litigation and arbitration under ICC, LCIA, SCC, ICSID and VIAC rules and manages regulatory and enforcement exposure across multiple jurisdictions.
