Dmytro Boiko

Dmytro is a UK-taught international lawyer with more than a decade of experience in banking, finance, commercial transactions and large scale infrastructure projects across Europe and Asia. His work spans complex restructurings, high-value negotiations, procurement, and cross-border commercial strategy.

He began his career in financial services, advising on major M&A transactions, asset management, brokerage and regulatory matters. He later led legal work on debt restructurings during periods of geopolitical instability, ensuring continuity of key operations and risk mitigation for multinational institutions. His experience covers offshore wind, land reclamation, and other capital intensive projects across Taiwan, the Philippines, and broader Asia. Dmytro has spent recent years developing a structured investment process as an independent trader and investor.
