Eugene is a strategy and legal adviser focused on responsible AI, digital risk and growth. With more than a decade of experience across law, consulting and business development, he helps organisations translate emerging technologies into compliant, human-centric operating models in the EU, Australia and globally.
Eugene combines a strong international public and private law background with hands-on experience in enterprise technology and advisory. He has worked across data protection, governance, risk and compliance, cyber solutions and AI-enabled investigations, including alliance work with leading consulting and audit networks. His practice covers AI governance frameworks, EU and international regulation, digital ethics, and the design of GRC structures that align legal, policy and commercial strategy. He frequently works with executives on operating models for Industry 5.0, change management, and the integration of AI and automation in a way that preserves human judgment, accountability and culture.
