Jennifer Ebrecht

Jennifer Ebrecht is an international corporate and tax lawyer with more than 15 years of experience advising multinational groups on cross-border tax structures, BEPS compliance, and complex commercial transactions. Jennifer began her career in Big Four advisory, where she built strong expertise in international corporate tax and cross-border planning.

She has extensive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, and she regularly advises on corporate law and M&A transactions across several jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom and the United States. She is also an ACAMS certified anti money laundering specialist with a particular focus on regulatory frameworks for virtual assets and financial services.
