Julien Darras

Julien is an attorney-at-law (avocat) admitted to the Bar in Paris (France) and Barcelona (Spain) with a practice focused on tax law and emerging digital technologies across France and the European Union. He advises on international private equity transactions, M&A structuring, cross border due diligence and tax planning for both corporate clients and individuals, including founders and digital nomad entrepreneurs in the technology and startup ecosystem. Julien holds a Master’s degree in business tax law from the University of Rennes and an LL.M. from Queen Mary University of London and is an active member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
