Raphael Jadāo

Raphael is a Brazil-based dispute resolution advocate with a strong cross-border practice spanning international and domestic commercial arbitration, mediation and civil litigation. He combines a solid academic background with hands-on experience representing startups and companies in complex disputes across technology, healthcare, intellectual property, construction and retail.

He holds a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London and is currently a PhD candidate in International Commercial Arbitration at the University of Birmingham. Raphael is also accredited in mediation by the University of London and regularly assists clients in high-value negotiations and mediated settlements.
