Rohan Rohatgi

Rohan is an Indian advocate and founding partner of a New Delhi-based practice focused on intellectual property, sports, media and technology. With more than a decade of experience in trademark, copyright and design prosecution and enforcement, as well as commercial and IP litigation, he advises brands, rights holders, athletes and technology companies across India on protection, strategy and disputes.

His practice covers trademark and brand enforcement, customs actions, anti-counterfeiting, licensing, sponsorship and sports-related commercial arrangements, as well as privacy and data protection issues for online and e-commerce businesses. He is a key point of contact for cross border IP, technology and enforcement projects involving Indian counterparties, courts and registries.
