Sergii Regeliuk is a dispute resolution and regulatory strategy lawyer with deep experience guiding technology founders, investors and Web3 companies through high-stakes commercial conflicts, market entry issues and government-facing matters in the CEE region. He also handles complex litigation, cross-border enforcement, regulatory challenges and investment-related disputes that often run in parallel across civil law and common law jurisdictions.
Sergii brings a blend of private practice, regulatory and public sector experience. He previously led key commercial and investment arbitration and court disputes as part of international law firms and regulators. His practice covers commercial and investment arbitration, cross-border enforcement, shareholder and founder disputes, token-related disputes, IP and software licensing, privacy and data protection and compliance for technology and digital finance clients. He frequently advises Web3 founders, AI startups and venture investors on risk management for token launches, digital asset structures, IP protection for protocol development and regulatory exposure when operating or fundraising in Ukraine.
